This project is a significant step for the facility and an important investment for the City or Murray Bridge. As well as the challenges of effectively adapting and renovating part of an existing building, the project also responds to evolving desires, trends and models of care specific to the aged care industry.

The project involves the renovation of rooms and community spaces within an active existing aged care facility and the creation of a new 20 suite wing and the upgrade of the existing facility to turn 15 currently double occupant rooms into single occupant rooms.
