Mile End - Stage 1 Tenancy Fitout

The Mile End Home Maker Centre was the major first Bulky Goods development in South Australia. The project was allied with the creation of a new major road, providing access to the site. It was constructed in three stages.

The tenancy spaces were all provided with rear loading and service access and arranged to create a large, visible and efficient expanse of carparking in the centre of the site.  The unified language of the buildings created prominent signage opportunities for tenants as well as individual identities. Internal divisions were design to be flexible allowing future adaptability of tenancy sizes.
