Adelaide Hills Mt Barker - Tenancies

This project was designed to make best use of an irregular shaped site on the perimeter of the Mt Barker Town Centre. The Home Maker Centre tenancies surround a central carpark which is highly visible from the main road entry point. All commercial tenancies have a high profile ‘individual’ identity with prominent signage. A wide range of tenancy sizes is evident, from a large Harvey Norman tenancy to smaller Home & Garden tenancies. The design allowed for variations in tenancy sizes and adaptability to meet future market demands.

A large two storey commercial office complex is integrated into the site, along with food and coffee shops and minor ancillary support tenancies. The project has all the design elements resolved within a tight program and budget, resulting in a highly successful venture.
